SecureErase is proudly NAID AAA certified through i-SIGMA, formerly the National Association for Information Destruction. The certification program uses scheduled and unannounced audits to review operational security, employee screening, equipment handling, documented procedures, and responsible material disposition. Certification supports vendor due diligence; each customer should confirm that a provider’s current scope matches the services and facility used for its project.

A 1,000-square-foot vault with eight-inch steel-reinforced concrete walls and a camera-monitored alarm system.

Every employee undergoes a rigorous background check, signs nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, and receives ongoing security training.

Certification of sanitization or destruction tied to the unique serial number of each hard drive.

On-site shredding is available for projects that require physical destruction at your location.

SecureErase states a $5 million insurance limit; current evidence is available for customer risk review.
