This notice covers information submitted through our public quote forms, messages sent to the contact details published on this site, and account information used to access the SecureErase client portal. It does not replace any project agreement, business associate agreement, data-processing addendum, or other contract that applies to a customer engagement.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the business and contact information you provide, including company name, contact name, work email, phone number, city, state, industry, approximate device count, requested service method, and project details. Portal users may also provide account, business-location, and pickup-request information. Our systems may record routine technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service operation.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate project logistics, prepare quotes, coordinate pickups or shipping, administer client accounts, deliver requested services, maintain security, and meet legal or contractual recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell website lead information or use it for unrelated third-party advertising.

When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, calendar scheduling, security, and business operations, but only as needed for those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or systems, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Project-specific handling and downstream disposition requirements are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

Retention and protection

We retain inquiry and account information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, applicable business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to or correction of the contact information you submitted, or to ask that an inquiry be deleted when no contractual, security, or legal reason requires retention. Portal users can update certain profile and business-location information from their account. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
